Privacy Policy
How ChargeDock handles personal data for the website, venue enquiries, support and rental-related communications.

ChargeDock operates a power-bank-sharing service for hospitality venues in Mallorca. For privacy questions, contact us at hola@chargedock.es.
When the final company legal entity, registered address and VAT or company number are confirmed, they should be added here.
Personal data we may collect
We keep data collection limited to what is needed to run the website, answer enquiries and operate the rental service.
- Website enquiries: name, email, venue name, venue type, expected guest volume and message details.
- Support communications: email address, phone number if provided, location, timing and issue details.
- Rental and payment operations: payment token or transaction reference, station ID, rental start and return events, pricing, refunds and incident records. Card details are handled by payment providers and are not stored by ChargeDock.
- Website analytics: page views, section views, scroll depth and interaction events such as clicks, station searches, map actions and form lifecycle events. We do not send form field values or free-text search terms to analytics.
- Map interactions: when you open the exact station map, map tiles may be requested from OpenStreetMap infrastructure, which can receive technical request data such as IP address and browser information.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device information, server logs and security events.
Why we use data
We use personal data only for clear operational purposes.
- To respond to venue, customer and support enquiries.
- To provide, monitor and improve the ChargeDock rental service.
- To understand aggregate website usage and improve content, navigation, station discovery and venue enquiries.
- To process payments, deposits, refunds and fraud-prevention checks.
- To maintain security, prevent misuse and troubleshoot technical issues.
- To comply with legal, tax, accounting and consumer-protection obligations.
Legal bases
Depending on the context, we process data to perform a contract, to take steps before entering a contract, to comply with legal obligations, because we have a legitimate interest in operating a secure service, or because you have given consent.
Who receives data
We may share relevant data with trusted providers only when needed.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers.
- Cookieless analytics through Umami at umami.anlakstudio.com.
- Payment, fraud-prevention and refund providers.
- Email, support and customer-relationship tools.
- Professional advisers and public authorities where required by law.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Rental, billing and accounting records are kept for the periods required by law. Security logs are kept only for a limited period unless needed to investigate an incident.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing, request portability and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the AEPD.

International transfers
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we will rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
