About ChargeDock

ChargeDock provides access to shared power banks through stations placed in partner hospitality venues. Users can rent a power bank, charge their device and return it to a compatible station.

Using the website

You may use the website to learn about ChargeDock, find stations, request a venue installation and contact support. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt to access systems without permission.

Renting a power bank

A rental starts when a power bank is released from a station and ends when it is correctly returned to a compatible station.

Pricing, deposits, daily caps and payment methods are shown on the website, station screen or payment flow. If those sources conflict, the station or payment flow at the time of rental takes priority.

Your responsibilities

You agree to use the power bank with reasonable care.

• Return the power bank to a compatible ChargeDock station.
• Do not open, modify, damage, sell or keep the power bank.
• Use built-in cables only with compatible devices.
• Contact support promptly if the station or power bank does not work as expected.

Payments, deposits and refunds

Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers. They may pre-authorise a deposit and charge rental fees according to the applicable tariff.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support with the station location, approximate time, payment method reference if available and a description of the issue.

Availability

Station availability depends on partner venues, opening hours, connectivity, battery stock and maintenance. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we cannot guarantee that every station will always be available.

Venue enquiries

Submitting a venue request does not create an installation agreement. Any installation, maintenance, branding, revenue-share or commercial terms must be agreed separately in writing.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, ChargeDock is not responsible for indirect loss, loss of data, loss of profit or losses caused by misuse, incompatible devices or events outside our reasonable control.

Intellectual property

The ChargeDock name, logo, brand assets, website content and product imagery belong to ChargeDock or its licensors. You may not use them without permission.
